根據(jù)”十四五規(guī)劃"，新時(shí)代需加快新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,中國汽車配套市場正在發(fā)展成熟，中國汽摩配件出口市場規(guī)模也在擴(kuò)大,汽車零配件產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為對外貿(mào)易的重要發(fā)展方向，并將對行業(yè)發(fā)展和質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生巨大影響。Accordingtothe"FourteenthFive-YearPlan",theneweraneedstospeedupthedevelopmentofemergingindustries,China'sautosupportingmarketisdevelopingandmature,China'sautopartsexportmarketisalsoexpanding,autopartsindustryhasgraduallybecomeanimportantdirectionofforeigntrade,andwillhaveahugeimpactonthedevelopmentandqualityoftheindustry.隨著全球化的發(fā)展，汽摩配件貿(mào)易已成為全球貿(mào)易的重要組成部分。中國汽摩配件行業(yè)作為全球zui大的產(chǎn)業(yè)和消費(fèi)市場。而在浙江省，汽車及零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展勢和優(yōu)勢企業(yè)引領(lǐng)行業(yè)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)。浙江是汽車工業(yè)和零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要生產(chǎn)基地。擁有眾多整車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和改裝車及專用車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。這些地方共有近40萬人從事汽車相關(guān)工作。浙江的汽車零部件企業(yè)在國內(nèi)外市場享有較高的知名度，其中臺州玉環(huán)、溫州瑞安、溫嶺、杭州蕭山、寧波、金華等地都是汽摩配生產(chǎn)基地，并且部分產(chǎn)品已成功進(jìn)入國內(nèi)和國際市場。此外，浙江地處中國東南沿海，輻射長三角地區(qū)，具備得天獨(dú)厚的地理位置優(yōu)勢,使得浙江能同時(shí)抓住內(nèi)銷和外貿(mào)市場的機(jī)遇。Withthedevelopmentofglobalization,autopartstradehasbecomeanimportantpartofglobaltrade.China'sautopartsindustryastheworld'slargestindustryandconsumermarket.InZhejiangProvince,theautomobileandpartsindustryshowsthecharacteristicsofindustrialclusterdevelopmentanddominantenterprisesleadingthedevelopmentoftheindustry.Zhejiangisanimportantproductionbasefortheautomobileindustryandpartsindustry.Hasanumberofvehicleproductionenterprisesandmodi?edvehiclesandspecialvehicleproductionenterprises.Together,nearly400,000peopleworkinauto-relatedjobsintheseplaces.Zhejiangautopartsenterprisesenjoyahighreputationindomesticandforeignmarkets,ofwhichTaizhouYuhuan,WenzhouRuian,Wenling,HangzhouXiaoshan,Ningbo,Jinhuaandotherplacesareautoandmotorcyclepartsproductionbases,andsomeproductshavesuccessfullyenteredthedomesticandinternationalmarkets.Inaddition,ZhejiangislocatedinthesoutheastcoastofChina,radiatingtheYangtzeRiverDeltaregion,withuniquegeographicaladvantages,sothatZhejiangcanseizetheopportunitiesofdomesticsalesandforeigntrademarket.今年以來,新能源汽車海外市場持續(xù)繁榮、呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢。根據(jù)中國汽車工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的數(shù)據(jù),1月至7月，全國汽車出口累計(jì)達(dá)到253.3萬輛,同比增長67.9%;其中，新能源汽車出口量達(dá)到63.6萬輛，同比增長1.5倍,出口增勢強(qiáng)勁。浙江作為中國新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上的重要環(huán)節(jié)，自然不會(huì)錯(cuò)過這個(gè)機(jī)遇。根據(jù)省商務(wù)廳的數(shù)據(jù)，今年上半年，浙江新能源汽車出口金額增長高達(dá)105.5%，對出口的拉動(dòng)作用明顯。Sincethebeginningofthisyear,theoverseasmarketofnewenergyvehicleshascontinuedtoprosperandshownanupwardtrend.AccordingtotheChinaAssociationofAutomobileManufacturers,fromJanuarytoJuly,thecountry'sautoexportsreached2.533millionunits,up67.9percentyearonyear;Amongthem,theexportvolumeofnewenergyvehiclesreached636,000,anincreaseof1.5timesyear-on-year,andtheexportgrowthtrendwasstrong.Zhejiang,asanimportantlinkinChina'snewenergyvehicleindustrychain,willnaturallynotmissthisopportunity.AccordingtothedataoftheprovincialDepartmentofCommerce,inthe?rsthalfofthisyear,theexportamountofnewenergyvehiclesinZhejiangincreasedashighas105.5%,whichhasanobviousdrivinge?ectonexports.當(dāng)前，全球摩托車零部件及配件市場規(guī)模正在逐步擴(kuò)大,其中亞太地區(qū)、歐洲和北美地區(qū)為市場主導(dǎo)地區(qū)。據(jù)國內(nèi)權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)預(yù)測,未來幾年,我國摩托車零部件及配件市場將繼續(xù)保持較快的增長。數(shù)據(jù)表明,2019年,我國摩托車零部件及配件行業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)到了2.7萬億元，較上年增長了11.5%。同時(shí),隨著我國消費(fèi)者對摩托車的需求不斷增加,摩托車零部件及配件市場也將繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大。Atpresent,theglobalmotorcyclepartsandaccessoriesmarketisgraduallyexpanding,withAsiaPaci?c,EuropeandNorthAmericaasthemarketleadingregions.Accordingtodomesticauthoritiespredictthatinthenextfewyears,China'smotorcyclepartsandaccessoriesmarketwillcontinuetomaintainrapidgrowth.Thedatashowthatin2019,thetotaloutputvalueofChina'smotorcyclepartsandaccessoriesindustryreached2.7trillionyuan,anincreaseof11.5%overthepreviousyear.Atthesametime,withtheincreasingdemandofChineseconsumersformotorcycles,themotorcyclepartsandaccessoriesmarketwillcontinuetoexpand.
